I'm a 23 year old originally born, raised and based in Shoreditch, London. In my spare time I am an amateur bodybuilder, as well as being a keen solo-traveller, photographer, musician and deluded Arsenal fan.
My design strategy focuses upon Social Value. I believe that if form follows function, then function follows people; and that individuals, community and culture are centrefold within an industry that is calling for more progressive architecture for the people it will cater for.
I am a recent 1st class honours graduate student of the Oxford School of Architecture at Oxford Brookes University with a Bachelors of Arts. My work this past year has gained me nominations for 8 student prizes including a shortlist nomination for the RIBA Bronze Medal.
The photos represented here showcase a range of photography taken across the world over the past 5 years and numerous countries and continents.
During 2019/2020, I embarked on a series of train journeys within a 'gap-year' that began in Hong Kong and ended in London, crossing China, Mongolia, Russia and most of Europe. This journey encompassed an exploration of many cultures, architectures and experiences which further strengthened a firm fascination with architecture itself at the macro-scale. Since, travelling has taken me to even more incredible environments, such as Senegal, Bolivia, Barbados and Romania, each further a deep passion for exploration, discovery and culture.
These trips each focus around the realm of architecture, and architecture's role within the world and its' cultures to set a defining standard for identity and expression.
